Welcome to EduHub Autoškole (“EduHub Autoškole”, “Autoškola: Ispiti i Vožnja”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EduHub Autoškole mobile application, website, and related services operated by AlphaBat j.d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Croatia.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the services.

1. About EduHub Autoškole

EduHub Autoškole is an educational platform designed to help driving school students prepare for theoretical and practical driving examinations.

Depending on availability, the App provides:

Practice questions covering traffic regulations and road safety.
Simulations of theoretical driving examinations.
Virtual Reality (VR) driving examination simulations.
Recorded driving examination routes and traffic situations.
Interactive questions and explanations during driving simulations.
Educational resources relating to safe driving and traffic regulations.
Community forums for driving school students and instructors.
Private discussion forums for participating driving schools.
Optional paid content and premium features.
Special benefits for students enrolled in partner driving schools.

We may introduce, modify, improve, or discontinue features as part of our ongoing development, subject to applicable laws and existing contractual obligations.

EduHub Autoškole is an independent educational service and does not replace officially accredited driving school training or government-authorized driving examinations.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

EduHub Autoškole is intended for driving school students and individuals interested in learning traffic regulations and safe driving practices.

By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access our services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Users of VR equipment must also comply with the age restrictions and safety recommendations established by the relevant equipment manufacturer.

Certain features may require you to create a user account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us of unauthorized account access.
Avoid using another person’s account without authorization.
Use the App only for lawful educational purposes.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent misuse, or comply with legal requirements.

3. Educational Purpose and Accuracy of Information

EduHub Autoškole provides materials intended to support learning, examination preparation, and understanding of traffic regulations.

Although we strive to provide accurate and relevant educational resources, we cannot guarantee that all questions, explanations, traffic signs, regulations, or driving examination simulations are entirely accurate or current.

Traffic regulations, road infrastructure, examination procedures, and official requirements may change over time.

Some materials may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

You acknowledge that:

The App does not replace official driving school instruction.
Educational questions may differ from official examination questions.
Simulated examination results do not predict actual examination results.
Traffic regulations and examination requirements may change.
Official instructions from authorized driving instructors and examination authorities take precedence over educational simulations.

Users should verify important information against applicable traffic legislation, official driving school materials, and relevant examination authorities.

4. No Official Affiliation or Examination Guarantee

EduHub Autoškole is an independent educational platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the App is not affiliated with, operated by, or officially endorsed by the Croatian Automobile Club (HAK), the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia, or any other government authority responsible for driving examinations.

References to official examinations, educational institutions, driving schools, or examination routes are provided for educational and descriptive purposes.

We do not guarantee:

Passing a theoretical driving examination.
Passing a practical driving examination.
Obtaining a driving license.
Receiving a specific examination score.
That a particular driving examination route will be used during an official examination.
That examination questions in the App will appear in official examinations.

Successful examination completion depends on individual preparation, practical driving skills, and the requirements established by the relevant authorities.

5. Virtual Reality Driving Simulations

EduHub Autoškole may offer VR driving simulations that allow users to explore recorded routes and respond to simulated traffic situations.

These simulations are designed exclusively for educational purposes.

They are not equivalent to actual driving experience, professional driving instruction, or official practical driving examinations.

VR simulations may differ from real-world conditions, including:

Current traffic signs and road markings.
Road layouts, intersections, and traffic infrastructure.
Traffic density and road user behavior.
Weather and visibility.
Pedestrian and cyclist movements.
Examination routes and examiner instructions.

Recorded routes reflect conditions at the time of recording and may become outdated.

We do not guarantee that VR simulations represent current road conditions or official examination routes.

Users must rely on current traffic regulations, actual road conditions, and instructions from authorized driving instructors when participating in real-world driving activities.

6. VR Safety and Health Precautions

Using VR equipment may cause temporary discomfort or other adverse reactions for some individuals.

Possible effects include dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, eye strain, disorientation, headaches, or loss of balance.

By using VR features, you agree to follow appropriate safety precautions.

You must:

Use VR equipment only in a safe, stationary environment.
Never use VR simulations while operating a vehicle, bicycle, or other machinery.
Ensure that the surrounding area is free from obstacles and hazards.
Follow the safety instructions supplied by the VR equipment manufacturer.
Take regular breaks and stop immediately if discomfort occurs.
Supervise younger users where required.
Avoid VR use where a medical condition or manufacturer warning makes such use inappropriate without professional advice.

Users with conditions that may affect their ability to use VR safely should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

VR equipment must be used responsibly and according to its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Partner Driving Schools

EduHub Autoškole may cooperate with independent driving schools to provide additional educational features or benefits to their enrolled students.

Depending on the applicable partnership arrangement, benefits may include:

Discounted access to VR driving simulations.
Access to private driving school discussion forums.
Special educational resources.
Promotional access to premium features.
Other benefits agreed upon with the participating driving school.

Eligibility for partner benefits may require verification of enrollment with the relevant driving school.

Where necessary and legally permitted, participating driving schools may provide limited student information to facilitate account verification or access to benefits, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Specific benefits, prices, eligibility requirements, and access periods may vary between participating driving schools.

Partner benefits do not necessarily extend beyond the applicable enrollment period or partnership arrangement.

Any material change affecting an existing paid entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. VR Equipment Rental

Some partner driving schools may independently offer VR equipment for temporary rental or use.

Unless expressly identified as a service provided directly by AlphaBat j.d.o.o., such rental arrangements are managed by the participating driving school.

Rental conditions may include:

Rental duration.
Equipment availability.
Security deposits.
Rental fees.
Equipment return requirements.
Liability for loss or damage.
Hygiene and equipment maintenance obligations.

The applicable rental provider must disclose its rental conditions before entering into a rental agreement.

Access to paid digital content does not automatically include the rental or ownership of physical VR equipment.

Similarly, renting VR equipment does not automatically grant access to paid digital content unless expressly included in the relevant offer.

Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s mandatory legal rights against the applicable rental provider.

9. Community Forums and User-Generated Content

EduHub Autoškole may provide public forums, private driving school forums, discussions, comments, photographs, or other user contribution features (“User Content”).

Users must accept these Terms or the applicable community policy before submitting User Content.

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in original content you create.

By submitting User Content, you grant AlphaBat j.d.o.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute within the services, format, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, and improve the App.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to EduHub Autoškole.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for the content you publish, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable legislation, or the rights and safety of others.

10. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

EduHub Autoškole aims to provide a respectful and safe educational environment.

Users must not:

Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
Publish hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or violent content.
Share content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Groom, exploit, endanger, or otherwise harm minors.
Upload spam, malicious links, or deceptive advertisements.
Impersonate other individuals or organizations.
Publish another person’s private information without authorization.
Infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
Upload confidential examination materials obtained unlawfully.
Encourage dangerous driving, street racing, or violations of traffic laws.
Share content encouraging driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Provide intentionally misleading traffic safety instructions that could endanger others.
Attempt to compromise App security or circumvent payment restrictions.
Engage in any other unlawful activity.

EduHub Autoškole maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We may immediately remove prohibited material, restrict accounts, or report suspected illegal conduct to the appropriate authorities where necessary or legally required.

11. User Content Moderation and Reporting

We may review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content to protect users and maintain compliance with these Terms.

Moderation measures may include:

Removing or restricting inappropriate content.
Issuing warnings.
Limiting access to community functions.
Suspending accounts.
Permanently terminating accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Users may report objectionable content or behavior using reporting functionality available within the App or by contacting app.eduhub@gmail.com.

Where applicable, users may also use in-app blocking functionality to prevent unwanted interactions.

Reports should identify the relevant content or account and describe the concern.

We will review reports and take proportionate action based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

Users may request a review of moderation decisions by contacting our support team.

We do not guarantee that all User Content will be reviewed before publication.

12. Photographs and Promotional Contributions

EduHub Autoškole may occasionally organize educational campaigns or promotions that invite users to submit photographs of traffic situations or other educational materials.

Participation in such campaigns is voluntary.

Specific participation conditions, eligibility requirements, rewards, and deadlines will be disclosed separately.

Users submitting photographs confirm that they have the necessary rights to submit the materials.

Photographs must not unlawfully disclose personal information or infringe the rights of individuals appearing in them.

Where applicable, users should avoid including identifiable individuals, vehicle registration plates, or other personal data without an appropriate legal basis.

Photographs must be captured safely and lawfully. Users must not operate a camera or mobile device in a manner that compromises road safety.

Submission of educational photographs does not automatically authorize their use in external advertising or promotional campaigns beyond the license stated in these Terms. Any additional use requiring consent or authorization will be handled separately.

We may reject submissions that violate these requirements.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The EduHub Autoškole name, branding, application software, original educational questions, explanations, VR recordings, videos, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by AlphaBat j.d.o.o. or their respective rights holders.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for lawful personal educational purposes, subject to these Terms and mandatory legal rights.

Without authorization, users must not:

Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected educational content.
Record, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of premium VR simulations.
Systematically extract question databases using automated tools.
Reverse engineer or modify the App except where legally permitted.
Circumvent payment systems or security restrictions.
Use EduHub Autoškole trademarks or branding without permission.
Present protected educational materials as their own original work.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions.

14. Free Features and Paid Educational Content

EduHub Autoškole may offer both free and paid educational features.

Certain VR simulations, premium question collections, educational resources, or other additional functionality may require payment.

The price, duration, scope, and conditions of paid access will be disclosed before purchase.

Some products may grant access for a limited period, such as 30 days.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, a time-limited one-time purchase does not automatically renew.

Purchasing digital content grants access under the applicable purchase terms and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

We may modify our prices or available offerings for future purchases.

Changes to existing paid entitlements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

15. Payments and In-App Purchases

Purchases of digital features or content made through the Android version of EduHub Autoškole may be processed through Google Play Billing, as required by applicable Google Play policies.

Transactions may also be subject to Google Play’s payment terms and conditions.

Before completing a purchase, users will be shown the applicable price, access duration, taxes, and other material purchase conditions.

Access to purchased content may begin immediately after successful payment or at another time clearly disclosed before purchase.

If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, refunded, or invalidated, access to the relevant paid content may be restricted, subject to applicable law.

Prices and payment options may vary by region and payment platform.

16. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

If EduHub Autoškole offers automatically renewing subscriptions, the subscription price, renewal frequency, and cancellation conditions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

A fixed-duration digital access pass does not automatically become a recurring subscription.

Where automatic renewal applies, subscriptions will continue until canceled according to the disclosed terms.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed or canceled at:

Canceling an automatically renewing subscription prevents future renewals. Unless applicable law or the purchase conditions provide otherwise, access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Google Play.

17. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play may be submitted through the relevant platform or by contacting our support team.

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, the circumstances of the request, platform rules, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumers may have statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content and services.

A statutory withdrawal period may apply to eligible distance purchases.

Any exception concerning digital content supplied immediately applies only when all applicable legal requirements have been satisfied, including any necessary express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer protection rights under Croatian or European Union law.

18. Advertising and Third-Party Services

EduHub Autoškole may display advertisements or integrate third-party services.

These may include payment processing, account authentication, analytics, hosting, technical support, and related service providers.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also provide links to external educational materials, driving schools, traffic safety organizations, or websites.

We do not control all third-party content and cannot guarantee its accuracy, safety, or availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

We respect user privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

The purposes and legal bases for processing.
Relevant third-party service providers.
Data retention and deletion practices.

20. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using EduHub Autoškole at any time.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the available account deletion functionality or by contacting our support team.

Account deletion may result in the removal of profile information, examination progress, forum contributions, and other associated account data.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Where appropriate, we may provide an explanation and an opportunity to request a review.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel externally managed subscriptions.

21. Service Availability and Updates

We aim to provide reliable access to EduHub Autoškole but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical difficulties, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain features may require an internet connection, a supported device, an updated operating system, or compatible VR equipment.

We may release updates to improve performance, correct errors, add features, or address security concerns.

We will comply with applicable legal obligations relating to the conformity, security, and availability of digital services.

22. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EduHub Autoškole is provided for educational and examination preparation purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee particular examination results, uninterrupted service, or the accuracy of every educational simulation.

Users remain responsible for following current traffic regulations, professional driving instruction, and actual road conditions.

The App must not be used as a substitute for maintaining attention, exercising appropriate judgment, or following official instructions during real-world driving.

We are not responsible for independent statements made by third-party forum participants except where applicable law imposes responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or other legally protected claims.

All applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, technical operations, or platform policies.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised date.

When material changes occur, we will provide appropriate notice through the App, website, email, or another suitable communication channel.

Changes affecting existing consumer contracts will take effect only where permitted by applicable law.

Users who do not agree with revised Terms may discontinue using the App and request account deletion.

Any statutory rights relating to existing purchases remain unaffected.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user’s country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising their statutory rights or seeking remedies before competent courts and authorities.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

We will provide a written response to consumer complaints within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer protection legislation.

Consumers may also seek assistance from competent consumer protection authorities or pursue applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures.
